The Accessible India Campaign (Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan)
Our project complements the ‘Sugamya Bharat Abhiyan’ (The Accessible India programme), a visionary national programme launched by the Government of India through the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. This programme is focused to removing barriers for people with disabilities, with a particular emphasis on physical infrastructure, transportation, and information and communication networks.
