Kalim holds a BA in Business Administration from the California State University, Chico, having focused on Information Systems & Management Strategy.

Skills, Expertise and Experience

Subsequent to his return from the United States, Kalim worked at the American Chamber of Commerce, helping foster business relationships between American and Sri Lankan companies. Kalim later worked with the US Treasury’s Anti Money Laundering Initiative in Sri Lanka and as a Management Consultant helping companies relocate specific business process operations from overseas territories to Sri Lanka.

Before moving on to the Bangladesh operation in early 2010, Kalim worked at HTL’s Colombo and Delhi stations, which has given him wide exposure to the industry as well as regional markets.

Kalim’s skills lies in the areas of business development, business analysis and business strategy.
