This international standard recognizes and validates HTL Group´s dedication to customer satisfaction, which has always been central to the company’s philosophy and operations management

ISO 9001-2008ISO 9001 is accepted worldwide as the international standard that endorses a company´s internal Quality Management System, confirms its products and services satisfy customers´ quality requirements.

HTL Group has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for the company´s freight forwarding and clearing activities.

In order to perfect its Quality Management system and achieve certification HTL Group underwent a stringent evaluation process. This included a pre-audit assessment, a review of documentation, and clearance of non-conformances in its systems and procedures based on customer requirements.

The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our group ensure consistent quality in its services. With this certification, all our stakeholders can be confident that HTL Group is -more than ever- dedicated to maintaining the highest effectiveness and responsiveness in achieving our goal of total customer satisfaction.

It is worth mentioning that this achievement was possible thanks to the great efforts of our internal team and the backbone provided in implementing the procedures and the structures.
