HTL Projects is a division Headed by only our most veteran staff and consists of a team of highly experienced individuals who are well trained in all aspects of Break-Bulk and Odd Dimensional Cargo (ODC) transportation.

We understand that your Project Cargo is of extremely high value, time sensitive, and must be meticulously supervised 24/7 from pickup to delivery at factory, and only the best planning with team-work can accomplish this task successfully. Coupled with this comes the risk of carrying these over-weight and over-sized machinery over road/ rail and must use the most versatile transportation equipment and drivers, then carefully loaded/ unloaded and secured using the right machinery, finally understand and negotiate all local transport regulations!

  • Bangalore Elevated High Road, China

    Scope of Work: 40 FEU’s were stuffed at factory in China, shipped to Chennai, customs cleared, and then trucked in to Bangalore seamlessly - a complete end to end solution that helped make the Bangalore Metro Rail project a successful and timely completion.
    Gulf Saf Base Oil Refinery, Dammam

    Scope of Work: Scope of Work: Based on physical examination of the cargo which were odd sized and dimensional, the required number of containers & costs were worked out. This shipment consisted multiple Cargo of Condensers, Mixing Tanks to Dammam, KSA.

    Scope of Work: A Air India aircraft engine was airlifted from Mumbai to London
    Hatcon Steam Boiler, Jeddah
    Handled by: HTL Chennai
    Scope of Work: An oversised Steam Boiler needed to be carefully packed before transporting to Jeddah. HTL customised a steel fabrication that could hold in place the sensitive boiler during transit, as well as fit into the location of a 20' Container in the vessel it would be carried in.
    Vulcan Drill Machine to Jordan

    Scope of Work: 52MT of a drilling machine were split into 17 parts weighing between 31MT and 300kgs, and transported out of Baroda through Nhava Sheva (Mumbai) and reached its destination in Jordan to the complete satisfaction of our Client.
